You will be creating a your own edited video, combining footage that you taped, downloaded video and downloaded audio. Check out Tips for Filming like a Professional Videographer for some ideas of what types of videos you could make or think of your own.
Complete the following steps:
1. Pick any topic to make the video about, but it needs to be a least 90 seconds. Your topic must be okayed by your teacher.
2. Create a storyboard and production plan. Sketch out what your plan for your video, this should include pictures and words. **Have checked by teacher before you start.
3. Using your storyboard, you will need to create the video using software of your choice. (You may not record video in hallways that would be distracting to other classes. If you need another classes participation in your video, you need to email the teacher and show the response to me before you can go to their classroom)
Timeline: 4-6 days
Point Value: Based on creativity, quality, and software chosen
Movie Maker, Videopad, or iMovie- 30 points
Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere- 40 points
