What history are you making?
THIS IS A REQUIRED SECTION! YOU MUST COMPLETE IT FIRST!
Much of what you do online leaves ongoing traces of our activities on the Internet. Every day most of us contribute to an evolving presentation of who we are that anyone can see and that we cannot erase. We might think we are at home on our laptops, cell phones or iPads communicating with just a few people on our Friend's list. But in reality, we are in a huge auditorium speaking into a microphone to a world that can record and redistribute everything we say. Bottom line is if the world is listening to us when we are the web, then let's make sure what we say is interesting, engaging, positive and representative of our better selves.

Here is your assignment:
1. You will need to choose a message you want to get out to your school and community about digital citizenship.
2. After knowing the message you will need to create a 10 questions survey, using google forms or survey monkey or something similar, about your topic to give to your classmates to obtain information about factors that influence your message.
Examples:
eCommerce, you may have questions talking about shopping online or what they use to pay online.
Video games, maybe it would be about playing online, talking to people you do not know, using improper language, etc.
3. Send it to your classmates through your school email. Use the link below to see the names of all the students in this class.
Link to Class Roster Block
4. You will then create an image to get information about digital citizenship out to your school and community, results from your survey should be included as a part of your image.
5. You can use any medium you choose, but remember it cannot get out to digital citizens unless it can be distributed digitally (via the Internet). Below is an example of what I may decide to post on Facebook to get "likes"....make sure to notice the statistic and the message.
Timeline: 3-4 days
Point Value: 25
Expectations:
