Can I fix it? YES I can!
This will be a very broad section. Troubleshooting and support are areas of all large companies, not just computer companies. From John Deere to Bettendorf Community Schools, not everyone knows how to fix their own computer. They call the tech support team and they will come down and fix it. Tech support could be a person on the telephone giving you directions or a person coming to your actually computer and fixing it.
In this section, you will choose three problems a computer may encounter and you will video or screen cast a way to get through it. You can choose any problem you would like including: putting a computer together, mirroring an image on another screen, checking for updates, and any other ideas you can think of. Make sure you talk about the problem you are solving and why someone may want that problem solved in your video, also be complete and in depth. The videos should be post to your website.
